Lupin flour qualities as well as lupin protein concentrates can be used in a great variety of consumer food products (see "Application").

NaProLup lupin flour types are directly obtained by fine milling of carefully roasted and de-hulled sweet lupins. They contain all components of the kernel (i.e. proteins, nutritional fibres, sugars, fat).

NaProLup protein concentrate types are extracted from lupin flour under mild aqueous condition. They contain the proteins including firmly linked lupin oils with a variety of valuable carotenoids and, in addition, the nutritional fibre fraction (from the kernel) which also contains proteins as cross-linked constituents. These protein concentrates are multi-functional with respect to many applications.

aProFood is using proprietary processing technology. Through special purification, process monitoring, supervision procedures and certified analytics we are able to offer products with controlled absence of specific (known) allergens. This is especially interesting for the use of NaProLup ingredients in dietary food for consumers with sensitivities against cereals, soy or milk constituents (see Allergen Controlled Products).
